Bimba y Lola grows 18% in first half-year

Bimba y Lola is continuing with its expansion as it records an 18% growth in total sales in the first half-year of 2015. The numbers are from the Spanish company’s financial results for the first six months ended on August 31, which were released this week.

International sales of Bimba y Lola increased 29% in the first half-year, accoutning for 27% of total sales. During this period, the clothing retailer also opened in five new markets, now in possession of 194 stores across 17 countries.

Bimba y Lola is also looking to open new locations in France, UK, Mexico, Chile, Korea and Spain. The Galicia-based brand plans to have 210 points of sale by the end of this year to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
