Bata opens its second Red Concept store in Koltata

The global footwear brand Bata has opened its second ‘Red Concept’ store in the city of joy Kolkata at Raja S C Mallick Road in Jadavpur.
 

The new store at Jadavpur will house the complete range of ladies and men’s footwear as well as bags and other accessories.
 
Bata’s 'Red Concept’ stores with a red and white "colour touch format" are aimed at standardising the Bata brand identity. The company hand opened its first red concept store in the country earlier in February this year.

Speaking on the store launch, Sandeep Kataria, CEO of Bata India Ltd in a statement said, “Since the launch of our first Red Concept store in Kolkata in February 2018, customer feedback has been nothing short of extraordinary. We are humbled by the overwhelming response from our customers here in Kolkata, who have flocked to our first Red Concept store in great numbers.”
 
“We are passionate about giving our customers only the best products and experiences and the latest Red Concept store in Jadavpur promises to do just that,” he added
 
Bata is planning a massive expansion in India during the current financial year and will be opening 150 stores across the country. It had earmarked a budget of Rs 100 crore ($14.6 million) for setting up new stores, rebranding and modernising store during the fiscal year.
