It will surely be the beauty collaboration this autumn. Parisian couture label Balmain, under the aegis of its Creative Director Olivier Rousteing, is working on a make-up capsule collection together with L'Oréal Paris. Their joint efforts will be officially unveiled at next September's Paris Fashion Week, which is sponsored by the cosmetics brand.

At the heart of this exclusive collection is the Color Riche lipstick, one of L'Oréal Paris' signature products. For this collaboration, the lipstick has been reissued in three new colour ensembles, for a total of twelve new shades, their packaging liveried with the Balmain colours.

Olivier Rousteing himself has closely supervised the design of the capsule collection, from the choice of lipstick shades to the packaging and the advertising campaign. "L'Oréal Paris and Balmain share the same strong vision about femininity, and the same objective: to put women's beauty centre stage, offering them a variety of ways for expressing themselves, said Balmain's Creative Director. Through this collaboration, I'm delighted to make this concept a reality for all women worldwide."

Beauty aficionados will have to wait until early September to lay their hands on the collection, which will be available in a limited edition run at selected beauty stores.
