Sascha Reinhard, the Managing Partner of ICB Innovative Cosmetic Brands GMBH and Member of Artdeco Cosmetic Group told Indiaretailing Bureau: “Anny will be available in select modern trade outlets along with leading general trade outlets, while Make up Factory will see an exclusive launch soon.” The two brands will join other recent launches BeYu cosmetics and Malu Wilz skincare in the country and all of the above brands are being promoted in collaboration with Kaunis Marketing Services.

Anny is a beauty brand that specialises in nail varnish and nail care products and Make up Factory is a professional makeup brand that aims to make professional quality make up available to the masses. The two brands will join the increasing number of foreign beauty imports retailing in India.

“We see a huge potential in the Indian market with double digit growth rates for the next five years for Artdeco,” said Reinhard. “We plan on bringing tailor-made products and colours to the Indian market, especially designed to meet Indian needs.” The business will also expand BeYu’s retail presence from its current total of 307 points of sale to 500 by the end of 2018 and the hope is that this will ensure double digit growth. Malu Milz will also reach a total of 100 points of sale by the end of the year. “To aid the expansion plans we are looking forward to spend in the range of 40-50 percent of revenue,” explained Reinhard.
